1- Petition which must be signed by the authorized person.
2- The petition must contain the title capital, headquarters, opening date of the branch and the subject of the actual activity on that date should be clearly indicated together with the NACE code, and if it is determined that this information is correct, it should be written that the responsibility belongs to the person or persons who signed the undertaking.
3- Organization notification form and Chamber registration statement.
4- Documents required from the firm’s main country to be submitted for the registration of the branch in Turkey for foreign company establishment.
5- A certified copy of the company contract.
6- Certified copy of some information of the parent company in that country.
7- If the person or persons to represent the branch are foreign nationals, notarized copies of passports with translations.
